I drew these cards earlier today with my Piatnik deck. By the way, the daily I drew last night for today with the Gypsy cards has been confirmed and updated already. Anyhow, this is the Lenormand draw:

The cards are 8 Coffin + 24 Heart + 21 Mountain (+ 18 Dog)
Note: Dog was drawn from the bottom of the deck. I call it the Shadow or Hidden card, which can usually give additional insight or be quite telling in terms of the root of the reading.

I was flipping through my journal when I came across this mini reading I did last Friday but didn’t get the chance to post because I got really swamped by work. It played out in a very straightforward manner, and I thought I’d add it here for musing.
The cards are 17 Storks + 21 Mountain + 1 Rider
I was weighed down by a project I was supposed to finish by this past Monday… except I wasn’t making any progress at all. I was completely stuck, and I was beginning to seriously fear that I wasn’t going to get it done in time (or at all) which would be bad because my job is depending on this series of projects right now. I decided to ask whether there would be a breakthrough and I would somehow miraculously finish it in time.
Mountain itself in the middle definitely showed the state of things very well. Storks+Mountain further reinforces the setbacks and the slow progress I was experiencing. Rider’s movement coming at the end was optimistic as Mountain+Rider also means no more delay.
I was infinitely relieved to see that, though I’ll also admit that I was a bit dubious too because I was so stuck that I couldn’t imagine how I’d get out of the mess. Come Sunday morning, the kinks smoothed out bit by bit and I was suddenly cruising on green at high speed. I managed to finish what I couldn’t do for a whole week in one night of no sleep… and got it done by the deadline on Monday after all. How’s that for no more delay? :D I love it when the cards are right (which I should have trusted by now because they’ve yet to let me down).
Daily Lenormand: Stars + Dog + Letter (+Ring)

The cards are 16 Stars + 18 Dog + 27 Letter (+ 25 Ring)
I decided to draw from my Mlle. Lenormand Jeu du Destin No.194115 Piatnik deck today since it’s a newer deck I got and haven’t had the chance to give it a run yet. The pictures are much softer than the Blue Owl and the colors are pretty too. :)
I initially drew only 3 cards, but I was really drawn towards a particular card in my fan, so I drew that one too to make a 4th. My initial thought at seeing Stars, Dog, and Letter was that I might finally hear from a dear friend who had disappeared on me. I’ve been very worried about him as the last I heard from him, he was having some serious health issues… and then he disappeared. Star could represent my hope that he’s alright, and Letter could be that he’ll get back to me soon.
Drawing a 4th card and getting the Ring throws this reading off somehow though. It seems the message I would be getting might actually be related to a marriage, contract, or some kind of agreement instead. Maybe I’ll hear about a friend getting married? I’m wondering if this could have to do with a friend of mine who’s having marriage problems and is dealing with a divorce although he’s still hoping that he could save his marriage though. Lastly, it could also still be talking about my work-related contract issues again. Hmm… will update once I know.

I drew these cards earlier this morning, but I think it may have already played out. Seeing these 3 cards, I initially thought it might be referring to my work issues yet again- especially with all that stress and loss relating to a contract and a man who could be G from my previous work readings. But I didn’t want to fall into the trap of reading everything to be about work just because I was having problems in that area- plus with where things are right now, those 3 cards shouldn’t apply to today. That said, here are other possibilities I was thinking about…

The cards are 19 Tower + 28 Gentleman + 27 Letter
I drew these cards earlier for my daily and immediately thought of the reading I did yesterday about waiting for a reply from G.
Tower+Gentleman is a man who’s in authority or holds power, especially within a corporate company, which would definitely apply to G. Gentleman+Letter would be a message from this man. According to the reading I did yesterday, I should receive a (positive) reply within 2 days and if my draw today is any indication, then it’d be today. :)
If, on the off chance, this reading is not talking about G’s message… then perhaps I will be receiving some kind of message from a man with Tower characteristics (ambitious, possibly cold or arrogant, tall, maybe even lonely) which could be possible as I’m supposed to hear from someone like that one of these days. Or a different interpretation could be a message from official people or places, but for this one, I’m more inclined to think the Bear would appear in place of the Gentleman.

Update!
@ 9:32PM: Around mid-afternoon, I received my reply from G- both via phone call and email… so, yes, today’s draw was telling me that I should expect to hear from him today after all! :) I also drew 3 tarot cards today that can correlate with today’s reading, as well as the reading where I asked about the response. The post has been updated with more details… and the daily tarot draw should go up shortly too.
