Daily Lenormand: Anchor + Ship + Gentleman

Deck: Dondorf - Lenormand

Today’s draw reminds me of yesterday’s daily even if today’s cards didn’t speak specifically of a message.

The cards are 35 Anchor + 3 Ship + 28 Man

G, one of my bosses, is what comes to mind immediately upon seeing this. It really gave me a strong feeling that it’s related to the news mentioned in yesterday’s draw, with Bear possibly being also G or my other boss. Something’s brewing and coming up at work, is my thought.

Anchor, for me, represents my career. With Ship, it matches too because my office is actually overseas from where I’m based. Anchor+Ship+Man, in this case, may simply be referring to a man from my work which is overseas- which again, would apply to G and my other boss. I’m not sure what that could mean other than the fact that this draw is saying he’s going to play an important role in my day.

Ship can be about movement and sometimes also about waiting, which was part of why this gave me a strong feeling in the possible relation to yesterday’s draw. That and my 2 Sibilla draws are matching up as well. Perhaps this is saying I’ll hear from this man today. It’s close to after hours now, but G often contacts me way after office hours as he’s too busy during the day to do so. I’ll update again if I hear from him before the night is over!

Update!

June 26, 2006 at 1:57AM: Both this draw and the daily from yesterday just played out. Take a look at the previous draw for updates about the message, but these cards today in specific was referring to another boss entirely- namely a new managing director (Man) that recently came into the picture due to a transition within the company (Anchor+Ship), but I didn’t know about it until just now.

From the aforementioned message, I discovered that the next main step in my work-related issues would be highly dependent on this new managing director. So yes, it turned out that I did receive news from overseas today… and it was in related to a man from work who would play an important role. Things are, at least, progressing now (Anchor+Ship).

In hindsight, it also makes sense that the cards only mentioned the man without anything else in terms of how he would influence the day, since the actual larger picture with him in it won’t come into play yet until maybe next week. What I learned about him and the key role he would play in how my project goes was enough in itself.
