We renovated our place last year, but the job was done really badly that we kept having problems creep up. Most of it has been fixed though a few issues still remained, so seeing this combination made me imagine the worst at first because the whole thing had just been giving me and my family a lot of headache. With that in mind, my initial interpretation was worrying issues (Cross), which will likely cause a lot of distress emotionally (+ Moon) in related to our home (House).

The day has now gone by and while I won’t rule problems in the home out (because they do exist), I’m thinking the cards might actually be talking about the fact that our building had shut down all use of water for the day in order to clean the water storage, flush the pipes in the building, etc. It’s something they do a few times a year, and while it didn’t cause us any major emotional distress, it did get quite inconvenient having no water to use all day. Consequently, we ended up going out for the day if only for the fact that we can use the public bathrooms in peace. So if this was what the cards were referring to, it’s probably more accurate to interpret Cross+Moon to be “annoyances and inconveniences” relating to the house.

Something that might be worth noting is that in Sylvie’s book, she mentioned the Moon as being paired with all water signs and that it also has a very fast time frame. If I were to spin this another way, perhaps the cards are saying there would be annoyances and inconveniences (Cross) in regards to water (Moon) and relating to the home (House), but it should pass by quickly and not be any type of long-standing issue (Moon again). Hmm… that sounds about right. :D
