Deck: Dondorf - Lenormand
I’m not sure if this would relate to my Gypsy cards draw today at all, but it definitely reminded me of yesterday’s Lenormand draw.

The cards are 3 Ship + 35 Anchor + 7 Snake
Before I start, yes, I shuffled the cards very well. Aside from gathering up each reading and placing the cards separately and randomly back into place, I also deal my cards into 6 stacks and reassemble them again. I do this for the Gypsy and the Lenormand a lot because there are only 36 cards, and I like to make sure the cards aren’t carrying traces of the previous reading onto the next. That said, here’s my bit of thought on today’s draw…
First thing I noticed was, of course, the reappearance of Anchor and Ship again. That alone is enough to make me think that these are referring to work issues again.
I found it interesting that instead of Man, I get Snake this time, which could also represent a female- perhaps one that may sabotage or complicate matters. I’ve had it come up for a particular female colleague before, as well as once for my manager though she has mostly been represented by Fox. Either way, I’ll keep an eye out for any possible female influence or issue.
If I really read the cards though, I’m thinking Snake might not be referring to one particular person, but rather an overall situation. I believe Ship came in the middle yesterday because there was a strong theme of movement, progression, and feedback (from overseas). Today’s order of cards makes me think of possible complications or hassles coming up. I’ve had Snake come up a lot in the past for dubious or unclear stuff, sort of akin to a winding road to get to a place where it could have simply been a short, straight path. This applies to not just actions but also thoughts and information.
So all in all, this could be telling me that while there was movement and progression yesterday, there’s more to come… and likely with hurdles or extra hassle, maybe even complications caused by a female. In short, it isn’t going to be smooth sailing or it’s going to take some maneuvering to get to the finish line.
On an entirely different note, this kind of combo could also very well be talking about a business trip of some sort. With Snake last, I’m more inclined to think it’s a business trip gone wrong rather than a woman going on a business trip. I can’t imagine how this last one would apply to me at this time, but I’ll keep it in mind all the same. And as always, I’ll update when it plays out!
Keeping with your ‘work” card being Anchor- could it have simply meant while travelling to or from work you are greeted with some kind of hassle?
The Ship can also denote a car or bike etc…
or is there a company car that breaks down? lol it might be something non-related to you that you hear about. That happens to me from time to time :)
